ABOUT CREATORGO

The Platform is owned, managed and operated by CREATORGO, a private limited company incorporated under the (Indian) Companies Act, 2013.

  • CreatorGo Features: CreatorGo is a web-based service that provides an online platform to create, design, publish and sell digital services such as Consulting services, Content subscriptions, Live Streaming events, and 1-1 interactions (hereinafter "CreatorGo Features").
  • Content: Any content created by a Creator on the Platform including CreatorGo Features is referred to as "Content."
  • Creation of Content: Any User can create Content, either in the form of live-streaming or pre-recorded format, can do so in a more organised and systematic manner using the Platform, for the Platform provides several additional features than just content creation, including integration of third-party payment processors.
  • Subscriptions: Additionally, the Platform allows the Creator to create monthly subscriptions to enable Subscribers (who enrol for his/her Content) to exchange their thoughts, and knowledge with each other, and even interact with the Creator himself/herself ("Subscriptions").
  • CreatorGo Services/ Services: Facilitation of Content creation, Subscriptions along with all features and services offered on the Platform shall be referred to as "CreatorGo Services" or "Services" under this Agreement.

It is essential to recognize and accept that the CreatorGo Platform functions solely as a platform service provider, without engaging in content creation or operating as an educational institution.

These Terms of Service outline the rules and guidelines for the use of CreatorGo's website and mobile application, located at www.creatorgo.com.

We assume you accept these Terms of Service. Refrain from continuing the use of CreatorGo's website or mobile application if You do not agree to take and consent to all the Terms of Service stated on this page.
